If child or elderly abuse is reported, neglect or there is a threaten of harm necessary actions will be taken and the confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity. If AwakenUp LLC is ordered by court to provide information or to testify it will be done so to the extent the law requires.
The use of technology is not always secure and there may be risks in the use of email, text, phone, zoom, skype and other technology. We implement security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users however no transmission is 100% secure.
We do not sell your information. We collect personal information you voluntarily provide. Including name, email address, phone number, and billing information when you book a service/session, sign up for newsletter or contact us.
